Mission Statement

The mission of AAU is to give lifelong progression of sport programs for persons of all ages, races, and creeds to enhance the physical, mental and moral development of amateur athletes, and to promote good sportsmanship, good citizenship and safety.

Maine Hoop's mission is to provide as many opportunities to as many kids a possible to participate in AAU events. By sponsoring teams one of Maine Hoop's goals is to provide access to all kids to participate in events.

Close to 1000 athletes from across New England participate in Maine Hoops events.

Our Guarantee: Top Teams and Facilities in a Friendly, Competitive Environment.

  • Games: All Games are regulation High School games with Board Officials.
  • Make sure to verify age requirements for each grade.
